Summary
The InnerSpace AI Connector lets you use your InnerSpace workplace data inside the AI assistant your organization already uses. Once connected, your assistant can answer questions using the InnerSpace data you are authorized to see, alongside your other business information.
Overview
Many teams now do their planning and analysis inside an AI assistant. The AI Connector brings InnerSpace into that workflow, so you can combine occupancy and utilization data with context such as headcount plans, lease dates or policy, without exporting files or copying numbers between tools.
Example questions:
"Which offices have the biggest gap between assigned headcount and average weekly attendance?"
"Do we have enough capacity for teams expected in the office three days a week next quarter?"
How to get connected
The AI Connector is set up for your organization by the InnerSpace team.
Request access. Contact your Customer Success Manager and let us know which AI assistant your organization uses.
Receive your connector address. InnerSpace provides a secure connector address for your organization.
Add the connector to your AI assistant. Your IT or AI platform team adds the address to your approved assistant. For technical teams: the AI Connector uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Sign in. The first time you use it, you sign in with your InnerSpace account.
Security and access
Your permissions apply. The assistant can only access the InnerSpace data your account is authorized to see.
Your organization's data only. Each connector is limited to your organization.
Approved tools only. The connector exposes a defined set of InnerSpace tools, not open access to databases.
No shared training. Your data is not used to train models for other customers.
Things to know
The AI Connector is enabled per organization and isn't a self-serve setting.
