Summary
You can export InnerSpace data to use in spreadsheets, reports or your own analysis. Export map data as a CSV file from the Map page, or export the data behind any dashboard visualization as a CSV or Excel file.
Export map data
Go to Spaces in the left navigation and select the Map tab.
Choose the building, floor, date range, metric and view mode you want, and apply any filters.
Select Download CSV.
The file downloads to your device.
What's in the map export
A row for each zone on the floor, plus rows for the floor and building totals.
The metrics for your selection, including the values shown in the Peak and Average tiles.
A Space type column for each zone. Floor and building rows leave this column empty.
Dates and times for each row, including the day of the week.
The export follows your current selections, including the date range, view mode and days of the week filter.
Export data from a dashboard visualization
Open the dashboard and hover over the visualization you want to export.
Select the More (…) menu on the visualization.
Select Export, then choose CSV or Excel (.xlsx).
The file contains the table of data behind the visualization, with column headers, exactly as shown with your current filters.
Things to know
Exports reflect the filters you have applied at the time you export. Check your selections before downloading.
Metric names in the export match the names shown in the portal. See Occupancy, Utilization & People Counts for definitions.
For large or recurring data needs, such as feeding your own BI tools, ask your Customer Success Manager about the InnerSpace API, Snowflake-to-Snowflake Sharing or a custom data export.
