Summary
System status shows whether anything is affecting the data for your buildings, such as a network feed delay, a maintenance window or a known data issue. You can check the status of every building in your account from the status icon at the top of the portal.
Overview
InnerSpace data depends on network feeds from each building. When something affects a building's data, the InnerSpace team posts a status notice for that building. System status lets you see those notices so you know when data may be incomplete or delayed, and when an issue has been resolved.
Where to find system status
The status icon sits in the top bar of the portal, to the left of your user menu. Its appearance reflects the current status across your buildings.
When one or more buildings have a notice, the top bar shows Status notifications available.
When there are no notices, every building shows No issues detected.
Check the status of your buildings
Select the status icon in the top bar.
A summary opens showing the status of each building in your account.
Select See details to open the System status page.
The System status page lists every building in your account in alphabetical order, with its current status message.
Status types
No issues detected – data for the building is flowing normally.
Info – general information, such as planned maintenance or an upcoming change.
Warning – something may affect data for the building, such as a delayed feed. Data may be incomplete until it is resolved.
Error – a known issue is affecting data for the building.
Things to know
Status notices are posted and removed by the InnerSpace team.
Notices are set per building, so one building can have a notice while others show no issues.
