Snowflake-to-Snowflake Sharing gives your organization live, read-only access to your InnerSpace data inside your own Snowflake account. Your data and BI teams can query it with SQL, combine it with your other business data, and use it in tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Overview
Many data teams want InnerSpace occupancy and utilization data next to their HR, badge, portfolio and business data. Snowflake-to-Snowflake Sharing makes that possible without exports or custom reports. InnerSpace shares your data through a private Snowflake listing, so there are no files to move and no copies to keep in sync.

What data is shared
The standard share includes read-only views of:
Occupancy, utilization and people-flow metrics at building, floor, zone and space type level
Supporting details such as buildings, floors, sites, zones, zone sets, groups and space type metadata
How often the data refreshes (for example daily, weekly or monthly) depends on your agreement with InnerSpace.
How to get set up
Snowflake-to-Snowflake Sharing is set up with your InnerSpace team. It is not a self-serve setting.
Request access. Contact your Customer Success Manager. Tell us how you plan to use the data and who your data, BI and security contacts are.
Agree on scope. Together we confirm which views you need, how often the data refreshes, and how support works.
Send your Snowflake details. Provide your Snowflake organization name, account name, account locator and region.
InnerSpace sets up the share. We create a private listing for your Snowflake account that includes only the agreed views.
Mount the share. Your Snowflake administrator mounts the listing and gives the right internal roles access to the shared database and a warehouse to query with.
Validate. Your team runs a first query and confirms the data looks right. The share is then live.
Security and access
Private. The listing is shared only with the Snowflake accounts you specify. It is not listed publicly.
Read-only. You can query the shared views but cannot change them.
Your data only. Each customer can only see rows that belong to their own organization.
No resharing. Shared data can't be passed on to other Snowflake accounts.
Monitored. InnerSpace monitors access and can remove it through a defined offboarding process.
Things to know
Queries run on your own Snowflake warehouse, so compute usage is billed to your Snowflake account.
You manage your own Snowflake roles, warehouses and downstream dashboards.
The share includes the agreed views only. It does not include underlying source tables or InnerSpace configuration.
